Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Returns Policy

yREMORA delivers software solutions and professional telecommunications services. We do not sell or ship physical goods or custom hardware: our products are software, delivered electronically and installed on commodity hardware you already own, running in standard Linux environments. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our software licenses, subscriptions and services.

Because most engagements are business-to-business and quotation-based, the specific terms of your order, license agreement (EULA) or statement of work (SOW) take precedence over this general policy wherever they differ.

Overview

All products and updates are delivered electronically (for example, as RPM packages, license keys or repository access). Nothing is shipped physically and there is nothing to return by mail. Because our software runs on your own commodity hardware in any supported Linux environment, we neither supply nor take back hardware of any kind.

Software licenses and subscriptions

Before you buy, we provide an evaluation or a scoped proof of concept so you can validate a product in your own network, on your own hardware, and confirm it meets your requirements. This is the recommended way to be certain of a fit before you commit.

Once a license has been issued and activated, or a subscription period has started, the fee for that period is generally non-refundable, because the software has been delivered in full. Where a purchased product materially fails to perform as described and we are unable to remediate the issue, contact us: we will work with you in good faith on a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Software licenses that have been activated or deployed in production
  • Subscription periods that have already elapsed
  • Custom development, integration or bespoke configuration work that has been started or delivered
  • Professional services already performed
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (for example, external licenses or cloud resources)

Professional services

For consultancy, deployment, monitoring, core-network and SIM-management engagements, refunds apply only to services not yet rendered. If you cancel an engagement in progress, work already performed and any non-recoverable costs remain payable; any prepaid amount for work not yet started is refundable on a pro-rata basis. Fixed-scope engagements are governed by their statement of work.

Free telecom utilities

Our public telecom tools (APN/MCC/MNC search, SMS PDU decoder, SS7 point-code converter, IPv4 and IPv6 calculators, DNS/dig tools and similar) are provided free of charge. As no purchase is made, no refund applies.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we notify you by email and issue the credit to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for your bank or card provider to post it.

Late or missing refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your card provider; posting a refund can take several days.
  • Contact your bank; there is often additional processing time.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your approved refund, contact us at contact@yremora.com.

Cancellations and renewals

For subscription or recurring licenses, you may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period, which runs to its end unless your agreement states otherwise.
